“So I entered an Uber. The driver inquired if we were okay with animals. He then presented us with Richard.” she explained in the video.
Rebecca and her companion were so enamored with Richard that they even hesitated to return him when they reached the airport. Had Rebecca been able to adopt him, she would have certainly come back to New Jersey with a new member of her family.
Nevertheless, what she could do was offer the driver a $20 tip and provide a 5-star rating, which he undeniably earned.
