This remarkably sweet doggo has spent her entire life in a field, with no shelter over her head. Nevertheless, when the kind individuals from Howl Of A Dog encountered her – she was the most gentle, joyful dog one could find.
Alongside her closest furry companion, Zelda, Inna managed to endure seven long years living outdoors, until, one day, everything transformed!
Inna Spent Years Battling The Challenges
Residing in a field adjacent to a sheep farm, Inna managed to exist, even with the odds against her.
The gentleman who saved her and her dearest friend, Zelda, constructed a small shelter for them nearby. However, he was never in a position to take them inside.
“Inna and her companion Zelda have spent their entire lives in a field, near a sheep farm. The man who first rescued them had no means to bring them home, so he built a small shelter for them in the field and has been caring for them for almost 7 years,” Howl Of A Dog noted on their website.
In the early years, the situation remained fairly stable. Inna and Zelda resided in their makeshift “home,” patiently waiting for their heroic human to deliver meals. However, as the area became more populated years later, everything altered.
Complaints regarding the dogs began to emerge, prompting the need for assistance from the rescuers who understood exactly what was necessary. That’s when the Howl Of A Dog team took action.
Upon hearing her tale, they wasted no time and hurried to the location. They were instantly left in pawsitive astonishment!
Rather than being fearful of newcomers, given her background, Inna transformed into the most affectionate lovebug. During their very initial meeting, she lifted her paws in the air, indicating to the kind humans who arrived to rescue her that “it’s cuddling time”!
“When I approached her for the first time, she lay on her side and raised her paw requesting belly rubs. That’s her favorite activity in the entire universe,” the rescuers recounted.
She was utterly thrilled with the concept of someone being kind to her, and she responded even more enthusiastically!
In just a matter of moments, Inna transitioned from a homeless, stray dog to an incredibly sweet cuddle bug who couldn’t get enough belly rubs from her rescuers.
The Perfect Moment Has Finally Come
After she was successfully rescued from her life in the field, Inna received the most wonderful surprise imaginable.
Seven long years of wandering the wild led to her finding a lovely home with an incredible family. Her gentle and amicable nature was finally rewarded with a forever home, and Inna couldn’t be more ecstatic!
“She is the most affectionate dog imaginable, friendly to everyone, gentle and calm, very good with all other dogs,” the rescuers expressed.
She finally has the opportunity to live the life she always envisioned. Far removed from the unpredictability and her past, Inna now has a family to spend her golden years with.
The positive news is that her field companion, Zelda, was not left behind either. This cheerful beauty found her own family where she’s now enjoying the time of her life.
Once homeless canines with no future prospects, Inna and Zelda now possess everything they could ever desire.
