For centuries now, pups and humans have been inseparable.
Dogs ensure they assist their humans as much as they can, offering delightful companionship, charming tricks, and a plethora of cuddles. This is particularly applicable in the case of service dogs.
Service dogs receive training to enhance the lives of humans who require assistance by providing them support and companionship. They understand how to accommodate the specific needs of their owners, delivering both physical and emotional support.
And, the dog in today’s narrative demonstrated precisely how it’s done.
One Golden Pup
An amazing dog named Noodle resolved that nothing would hinder her commitment to stay by her owner.
After completing a series of training sessions to become a service dog, this Yellow Labrador was welcomed into the family of a person named Jacklyn. And, when Jacklyn pursued a Master’s degree, Noodle decided to join in the journey as well.
Every day, she relished accompanying her mom to her classes, and unbeknownst to her, she was making history.
“She was the first and only dog to participate in Purdue University’s graduation this year,” Jacklyn disclosed to The Dodo.
Noodle often spent her classes dozing at Jacklyn’s feet and attracting attention. She would also be her mom’s strongest supporter, faithfully standing by her side through each of her assignments.
Since earning a master’s in business administration was a significant challenge, Noodle ensured to keep encouraging Jacklyn that she was capable of achieving it and that she should never surrender.
Soon enough, all their efforts came to fruition as they secured an internship at Walt Disney Imagineering.
Pup On The Job
Even prior to commencing this internship, Noodle was well-versed in all things Disney as the duo had frequently visited the theme park. The pup was a familiar face amongst the park’s cast members, and soon, she would step into the role herself.
Just as she was the first pup at Purdue University’s graduation, Noodle became, according to Disney Parks Blogs, Florida’s inaugural doggo Imagineer.
