Hall dispatched one of the skilled rescuers, Mary Nakiso, to the site where the dog had been spotted.
Once Nakiso joined Luvspaul, the two kind-hearted women set out to find Rusty. Their goal was to secure his safety.
The rescuers discovered that the pup had lived in a body shop owned by his person. After the neglectful owner sold the shop, they left their pup hopelessly waiting for their return.
“His owner sold the shop and abandoned him there. Poor baby was drained, starved, and heartbroken,” Suzette Hall remarked on Facebook.
When Nakiso and Luvspaul laid eyes on the forsaken pup and the sorrow in his eyes, their hearts shattered.
His coat was matted and soiled with oil. The pup gazed at the compassionate humans, pleading for assistance with tear-filled eyes.
