But, how frequently do you come across cooking videos featuring dogs? Not often, right?
Well, what if I revealed that I’ve come across an Instagram profile of a dog that cooks?
Upon discovering Chef Badger, I was incredibly excited and thrilled.
Two of my utmost favorite things combined? Oh, dear, show me some mercy!
I’ve spent countless hours exploring Chef Badger’s clips and, honestly, I became captivated by them.

Chef Badger is WAY Superior To Gordon Ramsay
Step back, Gordon, Jimmy, Nigella, Ina, Rachel, Guy, and everyone else. There’s a fresh chef in the vicinity, and he merits every Michelin star available!
This remarkable chef didn’t attend a formal culinary school. He’s a gifted natural discovered by his mother, Jessica, who is an industry professional.
The cheerful family residing in Lake Tahoe enjoys exquisite meals. Yet, even as a proficient chef, Jessica found the task of creating new dishes and developing fresh recipes somewhat exhausting. That’s when she realized she had her personal sous chef right before her.
Bit by bit, she evaluated Badger’s abilities, and he proved to be quite a skilled cook. This Golden Retriever had an extraordinary talent hidden within him.
Badger took on the role of a pawsonal chef, bringing immense joy and delight to his pawrents.
“I just figured it would be amusing if Badger became our personal chef. Since I’m constantly cooking,” she states, “Badger is simply there observing me. I thought it would be entertaining to lift him up and see how involved he desired to be.”
But, how does one manage a Golden Retriever around food? Aren’t they particularly driven by food?
Well, Badger’s pawrents were fortunate to have a Golden that prefers hanging out with them over devouring the food in front of him.
“He is so polite,” remarks Jessica. “I can’t even fathom it. He’s not very food-driven, so it has played to our advantage.”
Of course, Badger does receive treats after filming; for instance, bits of chicken or his preferred – raw filet mignon. I didn’t anticipate anything less from this sophisticated dog chef.
Badger is an incredibly sweet boy and takes filming earnestly. He dons his chef’s hat, a little apron, and some slides, and he’s all set for a cookdown.
However, his pawrents ensure everything is arranged prior to him joining the set. Filming never exceeds ten minutes, although it feels like it could take hours.
Jessica makes sure Badger’s focus remains intact, taking breaks as needed. Overall, the process of filming videos is quite taxing, but it remains brief and enjoyable, even for Badger.
Of course, Chef Badger requires some assistance, so Dad supports him from behind and maneuvers his arms while Jessica captures the footage. Their multitude of videos represents excellent teamwork.
The online community has acknowledged Badger’s skills. This star chef has gathered over a million views online, along with a significant following on Instagram.
Who wouldn’t appreciate a dog that prepares the ultimate comfort dishes such as clam chowder?
