Typically, when you come across stray dogs, they are generally found in a secluded area of a street, or they may have some type of container where they rest.
This is often due to their desire to distance themselves from humans who might be harmful to them.
Usually, one wouldn’t anticipate spotting a dog lounging in an unusual spot, but the dogs in this narrative take that concept to the next level.
Puppies In A Trash Can
After a prolonged day at work, Brittany Wolfe was heading home and stopped at her nearby gas station in South Florida for a brief moment.
She stepped out of her vehicle and observed something unusual at the trash can that was simply sitting there. Wolfe approached for a better look and discovered two puppies within. She was utterly appalled by the sight.
Her spouse likely wouldn’t have believed her, thus she documented the entire incident and placed the dogs in her vehicle to assist them.
It was clear to Wolfe that the unfortunate dogs had been consuming garbage from the trash, and this had made them ill.
One of the puppies got sick in the car, but Wolfe didn’t mind and she was rushing home to provide them with some proper nourishment.
A Positive Update
Upon arriving home, the puppies relished a substantial meal, and it was quite evident to Wolfe that they hadn’t enjoyed such a feast in quite some time.
She quickly found out that one of the puppies was male while the other was female.
Understanding that she needed to take action regarding the dogs since they couldn’t stay with her indefinitely, Wolfe opted to foster them for the time being until she could secure a family for them.
After a while, Wolfe had an important update to share. She successfully found homes for the puppies. The female dog was adopted by one of her daughter’s friends.
The male puppy was taken in by her own friend, but had to be moved because he wasn’t getting along with the other residents of the home. Fortunately, South Florida is vast, and he quickly found a new family.
Regardless, the family ensured that both dogs were placed in loving homes and a forever family, which they urgently needed after all they had endured.
