Kailee Howard, residing in Texas, already recognizes that her Golden Retriever, Honey, has immense affection for her as she is always in close proximity. Honey shadows her at all times and seizes every opportunity to stay by her side.
Recently, though, Honey exhibited behavior that astonished even Kailee, not to mention the others who witnessed this Goldie’s actions. Concurrently, it was one of the most adorable instances in this household full of canines.
Specifically, Kailee ascended the ladder and opened the attic door to retrieve Christmas decorations. It never crossed her mind that someone might accompany her there, but shortly after, Honey emerged and promptly began to ascend the ladder.
No matter how challenging it was for her to climb, this Golden Retriever persevered and was determined to achieve her aim – to be close to her mother once more.
A camera recorded this wonderful yet heartwarming occasion, and Kailee resolved to share the video on TikTok through her account, @kaileehoward9.
“Show me your companion is clingy without explicitly stating your companion is clingy,” Kailee remarked in the video, highlighting the character of her golden furry companion.
In the continuation of the video, Kailee is seen cradling Honey in her arms and carefully descending the stairs, ensuring the dog remains unharmed.
Another furry member of the family is waiting for them on the lower floor – a Catahoula mix named Willow, who, along with Kailee’s spouse and a third canine, a Beagle named Zoey, rounds out this large and joyful family.
