The most heartwarming aspect of Makenzie and Raffi’s connection is that they have experienced nearly all stages of each other’s lives! This Golden boy has journeyed with his momma through high school, university, and into her adult years, creating countless memories together.
When Raffi finally turned thirteen, he began to ease up and reduced his pace. He could no longer enjoy walks as he once did, nor did he possess the energy to leap around the house and perform zoomies.
That’s when Makenzie’s creative ideas began to flourish!
Rather than leaving him at home to indulge in his “retirement,” this large-hearted dog mom chose not to abandon her lifelong companion.
Instead, she took every step to keep Raffi included in all activities, just as before. She procured a charming, blue wagon in which she frequently takes him on daily strolls and excursions alongside her and her other dog, Benny.
