Whenever I envision a dog daycare, I picture scenes of dogs frolicking and interacting with one another, but it seems Linkin possesses an alternate interpretation of a doggy daycare compared to mine.
Rather than pursuing toys or partaking in playful shenanigans, Linkin has gained fame as the local nap specialist at his nearby daycare.
This dog has successfully transformed the lively daycare into his personal sanctuary for relaxation by employing his fellow canines as his exclusive headrest.
The Sovereign of Snuggles
Linkin is a two-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback who visits Urban Canine dog daycare.
Typically, dogs at Urban Canine engage in running and playing together throughout the day, but Linkin takes a different approach.
Everyone in the daycare recognizes him as “The Sovereign of Snuggles” because he seeks out a cuddle buddy the moment he enters the room.
No canine at this daycare has escaped being utilized as his personal headrest.
The usual target, and his preferred cuddly companion, is his sister, Luna. In his quest to stay as close as possible to her, Linkin often not only uses her as a support but occasionally even perches entirely on her.
Anyone acquainted with having siblings understands that this behavior is quite typical among them.
However, Luna is not the sole canine Linkin enjoys snuggling with.
He adores resting atop his furry companions to such an extent that the daycare has initiated weekly segments titled “Linkin’s Cuddle of the Week” to showcase which dog Linkin has chosen to cuddle with that week.

Although Linkin is a sizable dog, that does not deter him from locating the ideal headrest (be it small or large), burrowing his face into it, and gently falling asleep.
“Lion hunter defines his breed, but he’s undoubtedly a lamb at heart!,” stated Urban Canine on their Facebook, and I believe this is the most fitting description of Linkin ever.
He is non-discriminatory with his snuggles, and thus, even the chairs and daycare staff get to enjoy cuddling with him. Finally, check out this charming video shared by the daycare that is bound to warm your heart.
