How often have you encountered the notion that dogs and cats simply cannot coexist, and they never will?
Well, now is an excellent moment to debunk this misconception, as you’re about to witness something incredible!
The Pit Bulls, Keiko and Niko, alongside their little feline sister, Wasabi, form the most splendid trio ever. This little kitten mimics everything that her enormous brothers do – and she’s having the time of her life!
This is their tale!
Keiko, Niko, And Wasabi – The Ideal Trio
Years ago, Tawny and her family encountered a litter of puppies being sold as combat dogs, and Keiko and Niko were part of that litter.
At the moment, this family from California was unable to adopt both dogs, as they lacked sufficient space in their residence, so they opted for Keiko.
Months later, fate led them to Niko. Upon spotting this handsome Pittie available for adoption, they just couldn’t resist! They welcomed him home within 24 hours, and since then – this pair has been inseparable.
The siblings were delighted to be reunited, and even though their breed is often labeled as “aggressive” – Keiko and Niko have been nothing short of the biggest cuddlebugs throughout this time!
Recently, their mom chose to adopt a kitten named Wasabi into their family. Despite Tawny not being a cat person, she recognizes that there are numerous feline creatures abandoned in shelters, so she decided to give it a shot!
Initially, she was uncertain how their dogs would react to a kitten becoming part of their group, but to her astonishment – their reaction was nothing short of incredible!
Keiko and Niko were thrilled to have a new member in their wonderful pack, and the fact that Wasabi was a cat didn’t seem to faze them.
In reality, Wasabi settled in immediately. She exhibited no fear of the dogs, and it was as though the size disparity didn’t concern her in the least!
“When we first introduced Wasabi to the household, she showed no fear towards the boys whatsoever. It seemed like the size difference didn’t hold any significance. The fact that they were dogs didn’t matter,” stated Tawny to The Dodo.
