Sam Woomer, the proprietor of Dogtown, shared with WTKR News 3: “You go to sleep, and the next day I’d check TikTok, and we had fifty thousand new followers. Honestly, I believe people simply adore dogs. We’re incredibly fortunate to have dogs modeling for us and appearing in the videos.”
Woomer initiated Dogtown nearly 6 years ago out of necessity. He couldn’t find a place that opened early enough for his dog, prompting him to begin one himself.
Since then, this canine daycare in Virginia has expanded significantly, caring for nearly 100 dogs daily.
“We cherish working with dogs. Dogtown is like a second home for our canine clients. We strive for it to feel that way,” a representative of Dogtown mentioned to The Dodo.
