Each dog’s aspiration is to have a family that cares for them and a pleasant place to call home.
Unfortunately, only a small number of fortunate ones get to enjoy this.
The rest lead their lives seeking at least a safe refuge under the heavens, shielding themselves and their offspring from rain, snow, predators, and various hazards.
Mia, a determined mother dog, belonged to the latter category, and her existence was challenging.
All Of Her Other Puppies Found Homes
A local rescuer was genuinely heartbroken when she discovered Mia struggling on a deserted property with her nine puppies.
The entire family was isolated from any help and a decent existence. They scarcely had food to consume and no one to look after them until she took it upon herself to provide them a chance. She tenderly gathered each one of them and transported them to a safer environment.
In just a few days, Mia and the puppies were moved to an organization known as Howl Of A Dog, embarking on a new journey.
It didn’t take long for this affectionate mama to reveal her true character. She was a genuine cuddle bug, a sociable companion who relished in meeting new individuals and dogs.
“Mia is roughly 7 years old, the most delightful canine in the universe, she adores everyone, possesses a very amiable demeanor, gentle and kind. Additionally, she harmonizes well with other dogs,” the rescue mentioned on their website.
Before long, every one of her puppies secured a permanent home – with the exception of Giny. For reasons unknown, she was overlooked during the adoption phase, despite there being no justifiable cause for her not to be adopted.
She and her mother, Mia, remained the last two in the rescue, anticipating adoption day and their ideal family.
Still Waiting
With her puppy all grown up, Mia gained another playmate. The two are genuinely inseparable in the rescue, enjoying their time together.
Giny has also matured into a playful dog and displays a lovely demeanor with her friends at the shelter. Yet, one aspect she lacks compared to her momma is her timid nature.
“Giny is a gentle young canine, very playful and she interacts wonderfully with all dogs. She tends to be a bit shy around humans, but has a welcoming personality and can easily be won over with a toy,” the rescue remarked.
The two continue to aspire to discover the perfect home.
They have been residents at the shelter for over six months, through no fault of their own. Both Mia and Giny are splendid dogs who will undoubtedly become fantastic companions in any type of family.
They are familiar with other animals and people of all ages, making them suitable for an active family lifestyle!
When the time arrives, it is hoped that both Mia and Giny will bring immense joy to their new owners, without a doubt!
